High or Low pitch Sound Experiment

High or Low Pitch Sound Experiment

For this experiment you will need 

• Eight bottles
• Water (colored)

Put water in the bottles in lowest to highest level.

You will need kind of like a drumstick for tapping the bottle.

Tap gently the bottles with the drum stick from highest to lowest and lowest to highest.

Observation

you can see that they make totally different sounds from lowest to highest and highest to lowest.

the emptiest bottle makes the lowest sound because it has more air space in it and  vibrates slow.

Light and Heavy Experiment

For this experiment you will need

• Heavy object like a rock
• Light object like a piece of paper ball

Hold both the objects at the same height in your hands and let them go both at the same time and see what is happening to the heavy and the light object

Observations:

As you can see the heavy object is not floating it is just dropping straight down vs the light object was floating like a paper, just relaxing like an aeroplane and it lands light like a paper becauseits more lighter than rock.

The heavy object is not floating because its more heavier and gravitational force is pulling the rock down.
